摘要
在精益思想指导下,就马脊梁洗煤厂的生产工艺和设备参数,以及针对该厂介质损耗高的实际情况,以介损为关键绩效指标和突破口,通过构建面向介质流的流程管理,进行可行性分析和探讨,在此基础上依托玻尔兹曼原理对该选煤厂降低介质损耗的工作进行分析并构建新的能耗控制物理模型,达到降低介损这一基本目的。
        Under the guidance of lean thinking, this paper makes feasibility analysis and discussion on the production process and equipment parameters of Majiliang coal washing plant, and on the basis of the actual situation of high medium loss in the plant, taking medium loss as the key performance index and breakthrough point, through the construction of process management oriented to medium flow. On this basis, relying on Boltzmann principle, the work of reducing medium loss in coal preparation plant is analyzed and a new physical model of energy consumption control is constructed to achieve the basic purpose of reducing medium loss.
