超声指标评价胎儿心血管功能的价值

摘要
产前超声在诊断胎儿心血管疾病方面发挥了不可替代的作用,随着产前超声医学和超声仪器的不断发展进步,胎儿心血管功能的检测方法也得到进一步完善,一些超声检测指标的变化可反映胎儿心脏、心脑血管功能的改变,本文综述了超声指标在评价胎儿心血管功能的应用,为其进一步应用研究提供参考。
Prenatal ultrasound plays an irreplaceable role in diagnosing fetal cardiovascular disease. With the increasing development of prenatal ultrasound medicine and ultrasound instruments, the testing methods for fetal cardiovascular function have been further improved, and changes in some ultrasound indicators can reflect changes in fetal heart, cardiac and cardiovascular function. This paper reviews the application of ultrasound index in evaluating fetal cardiovascular function and provides reference for further studies.
