个案管理对骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者生活能力及疼痛控制的影响

摘要
目的探讨个案管理在骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者治疗过程中的应用价值。方法将2015年1月至2016年11月在我院治疗的骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者82例纳入研究,随机分为2组,各41例。对照组施以常规护理,观察组采用个案管理,比较两组生活能力、疼痛程度及疼痛控制满意度。结果术后,观察组ADL、疼痛控制满意度评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者采用个案管理,可有效增强其生活能力,缓解疼痛程度,进而利于提高疼痛控制满意度。
Objective To investigate the application value of case management in treatment of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods 82 OVCF patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given case management.The activity of daily living(ADL),pain degree,satisfaction of pain control were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery,the scores of ADL and satisfaction of pain control in observation group were higher than those in control group,but the visual analogue scale(VAS) was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Case management for OVCF patients can effectively strength living ability and relieve pain degree,thus increasing the satisfaction of pain control.
