中西医结合治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血临床研究

摘要
目的观察采用达英35联合益气止血方剂治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的效果。方法本研究选择2017年6月—2018年6月收治的青春期功血患者100例为研究对象。分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者50例,采用达英35进行治疗;观察组患者50例,采用益气止血方剂进行治疗;对比分析2组患者的治疗效果、出血减少时间、出血完全停止时间、出血控制时间等相关指标。结果观察组患者有效率96. 0%,明显高于对照组患者64. 0%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者的出血减少时间、出血完全停止时间及出血控制时间明显短于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论达英35联合益气止血方剂治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者,具有良好的治疗效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of using Diane 35 combined Yiqi Zhixue recipe on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods This study selected 100 adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients from June 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital. They were divided into control group and observation group. 50 patients in the control group were treated with Diane 35. 50 patients in the observation group were treated with Yiqi Zhixue recipe. The comparative analysis of the treatment effect,bleeding reduction time,complete bleeding stop time,bleeding control time and other related indicators was compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96. 0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group( 64. 0%). The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The bleeding reduction time,complete bleeding stop time and bleeding control time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group.The difference between the patients was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Diane 35 combined with Yiqi Zhixue recipe in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescents has a good therapeutic effect and is worthy of popularization and application.
