摘要
【目的】筛选适宜昆明地区种植的藜麦新品系,为昆明及周边地区发展藜麦生产提供优良品种。【方法】以本课题组前期试验筛选出的10个藜麦新品系为试验材料,2017年在昆明安宁进行品种比较试验,利用方差分析、简单相关性分析和隶属函数值法对参试藜麦新品系的主要农艺性状进行比较分析和综合评价。【结果】方差分析结果表明,10个参试藜麦新品系的产量存在极显著差异(P<0.01,下同),产量排序为QA008>QA067>QA020>QA016>QA014>QA046>QA082>QA087>QA098>QA037,其中前6个新品系的产量高于平均产量(958.33 kg/ha)。相关性分析结果表明,与藜麦产量极显著相关的性状依次为倒折率、株高、茎粗、单株粒重、主茎分枝数和主花序长。10个藜麦新品系按平均隶属函数值排序为QA008>QA067>QA014>QA046>QA087>QA020>QA016>QA082>QA098>QA037;聚类分析在遗传距离为1.5时将10个藜麦新品系划分为四大类,其中第Ⅲ类(QA008)综合表现最好,第Ⅱ类(QA014和QA067)综合表现较好,第Ⅰ类(QA016、QA020、QA046、QA082、QA087和QA098)综合表现居中,第Ⅳ类(QA037)综合表现最差。【结论】10个参试藜麦新品系中,QA008、QA014和QA067的综合表现优良,适宜在昆明地区及周边生态环境相似地区推广种植。
        【Objective】The new quinoa varieties suitable for planting in Kunming area was selected to provide good variety for the development of quinoa production in Kunming and the surrounding areas.【Method】Ten new lines of quinoa were selected from the previous experiment of the research group as experimental materials,and the variety comparative test was carried out in Anning,Kunming in 2017. In this paper,analysis of variance,simple correlation analysis and membership function method were used to compare and evaluate the main agronomic characters of the new quinoa strains.【Result】The results of variance analysis showed that the yield difference among the ten new lines of quinoa was extremely significan(tP<0.01,the same below). The order of yield was QA008>QA067>QA020>QA016>QA014>QA046>QA082>QA087>QA098>QA037,and the yields of the first six lines were higher than that of the average yield(958.33 kg/ha).The results of correlation analysis showed that the following characters were extremely correlated with the yield of quinoa:inverted fold rate,plant height,stem diameter,grain weight per plant,number of branches of main stem and the length of main inflorescence. The order of the ten new quinoa lines according to the average membership function value was as follows:QA008>QA067>QA014>QA046>QA087>QA020>QA016>QA082>QA098>QA037. Ten new lines of quinoa were divided into four groups when the genetic distance was 1.5 by cluster analysis. Among which class Ⅲ(QA008)was the best,the comprehensive performance of class Ⅱ(QA014 and QA067)was fine,that of class Ⅰ(QA016,QA020,QA046,QA082,QA087,QA098)was in middle,and that of class Ⅳ(QA037)was the worst.【Conclusion】Among the ten new quinoa lines tested,QA008,QA014 and QA067 show excellent comprehensive performance,and can be widely planted in Kunming and surrounding areas with similar ecological environment.
