独具岭南文化特色的中医药膳在男科中的运用

岭南是中国一个特定的环境区域,地理环境相近,人们生活习惯相同;岭南文化起源于土著越族文化,逐渐荟萃外来文化精华,具有兼容性的多元文化、开放性与辐射性的海洋文化、实用性与世俗性的商业文化等风格;岭南中医药,是根据岭南人的体质、使用岭南特色药物而形成的一个学术流派,是研究岭南地区自然气候、地理环境、人群体质对该地区疾病发生、发展的影响和防治规律;岭南中医药是伴随着岭南文化的发展而形成的,岭南文化促进岭南中医药的发展,岭南中医药补充和丰富了岭南文化,两者不断完善,相互补充,共同发展,形成了岭南中医药文化;岭南中医药膳充分体现了岭南文化的特色,是岭南中医药的一个重要代表,在男科疾病的治疗和男性健康保健中,不但可以提高疗效、缩短病程,更因其味美可口,提高了患者的服用率和持续时间。
