摘要
文章根据2018版C-NCAP低速后碰撞颈部保护试验("鞭打试验")相关规程,利用Hypermesh软件建立某整车项目主驾座椅的仿真模型。基于初版分析结果,运用DOE(试验设计)技术,通过调整座椅的相关设计参数,快速确定座椅结构优化方向,以达到客户鞭打试验4.5分需求。
Based on the related procedures of the neck protection test(Whiplash test) of 2018 version C-NCAP, we establish the simulation mode of the seat by the software of Hypermesh. And use the technology of DOE(Design of experiment) from the results of the initial analysis, by adjusting the related design parameters of the seat, we can find the optimization direction as quickly as possible, and then achieve the customer requirement of 4.5 piont of whiplash.
