摘要
针对两面顶模具压机机架结构及受力状况,通过有限元软件对其下横梁进行分析。并在满足下横梁的强度和刚度基础上,对下横梁结构进一步优化。结果表明,压机下横梁优化后重量减轻,调整支撑板之间的距离能够显著降低应力应变。
According to the structure and stress state of the machine frame of two-anvil press,the lower beam was analyzed by finite element software. Based on the strength and stiffness of the lower beam,the structure of the lower beam was further optimized. The results show that the weight was reduced after the optimization of the lower beam,the stress and strain can be significantly reduced by adjusting the distance between the support plates.
