摘要

改革开放40年,丽水最辉煌的业绩就是走出了一条独具山区特色的生态文明之路。以制定并实施"绿色兴市、生态立市"发展战略为标志,丽水是全国最早走上生态文明之路的地级市之一,其发展理念、发展战略、发展模式和发展路径无论在理论上还是实践上,在全国都具有开创性和引领性。
        During the 4 decades of reform and opening-up, the most remarkable achievement of Lishui lies in its road to ecological civilization unique to mountainous regions it has carved out. Marked by its formulation and implementation of the development strategy of revitalizing the city and boosting its development with a well-preserved ecological system, Lishui is among the first prefecture-level cities in China to take its road to ecological civilization. It takes the lead whether in theoretical and practical exploration in terms of development ideas, strategies, patterns, and paths.
