压力管理训练在2型糖尿病患者中的应用

摘要
压力管理训练作为一种非药物的治疗方法,广泛适用于患有2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)的儿童、青少年、成年人。国外诸多研究显示,压力管理训练已经被有效应用于T2DM患者的管理;但国内将其应用于T2DM患者的研究较少。压力管理训练有多种实施方式,目前最常用的有以下4种:认知行为疗法、呼吸放松-渐进式肌肉放松训练、正念减压疗法以及压力接种训练。本文将综述压力管理训练在国内外T2DM患者中的应用现状以及具体的实施方法,旨在为压力管理训练更好地应用于国内T2DM的管理提供参考。
As a non-pharmacological treatment, stress management training is widely used in child, adolescent, and adult populations with type 2 diabetes. Many studies abroad show that stress management training has been used effectively in the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. However, there are few studies on its application in T2 DM in China. Stress management training typically incorporates four used methods including cognitive behaviour therapy, relaxation breathing-progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness-based stress reduction and stress inoculation training. This article reviews the current situation of application and specific implementation methods of stress management training in patients with type 2 diabetes at home and abroad, and aims to provide reference for stress management training in the management of type 2 diabetes in China.
