适龄在职人群延迟退休意愿与政策走向研究

摘要
退休年龄的延长,直接影响到每个劳动者的切身利益,还关涉到人口结构、就业结构、经济结构等不同层次的社会发展问题,因此需要全面、积极地深入调查了解不同群体的延迟退休意愿。本文以唐山为例,通过问卷调查及访谈等形式,从文化程度、性别、职业和经济收入等不同维度对适龄在职人群进行调查,以了解其是否赞同延迟退休的主观意愿、原因及对即将出台的延迟退休制度的政策诉求,为顺利推行延迟退休政策提供决策参考依据。
Delayed retirement has influences on the benefits of every worker and in addition involves in the structures of population,job,economy and so on,so it is necessary to investigate the will of delayed retirement from different groups of workers. This paper takes Tangshan as an example to investigate the working population from the angles of educational level,sex,occupation,income and so on to know their will of whether they agree or disagree to the delayed retirement by way of questionnaire and provide some reference to the coming policy and system of delayed retirement to ensure that delayed retirement will go smoothly.
