重症加强护理病房护士人工气道气囊管理知—信—行现状调查问卷编制及评价

摘要
目的编制重症加强护理病房(ICU)护士人工气道气囊管理知—信—行现状调查问卷,并检验信效度。方法通过文献检索、阅读,获得相关题项信息,整理成条目池,经过两轮专家函询调整部分题项,形成调查问卷,调查兰州市5家医院206名ICU护士,根据调查数据,分析问卷项目、检测信效度。结果 ICU护士人工气道气囊管理知—信—行现状调查问卷包括知识条目13个,态度条目7个,行为条目6个,共计26个条目。问卷提取了4个共同因素,累积贡献率达57.331%,其中问卷整体内容效度指数为0.94,知识、态度、行为部分分别为0.95、0.92、0.95,问卷整体的Cronbach'α系数为0.862,知识、态度、行为部分分别为0.871、0.910、0.797,问卷整体的重测信度为0.978,知识、态度、行为部分分别为0.935、0.980、0.994。结论 ICU护士人工气道气囊管理知—信—行现状调查问卷的信度和效度较好,适用于ICU护士人工气道气囊管理现状调查及影响因素分析的相关研究。
Objective To develop a questionnaire on the knowledge,attitude and practice of the management of the artificial airway tube cuff for intensive care unit(ICU) nurses,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Through literature searching and reading,to obtain relevant item information and develop it into item pools.After two rounds of expert inquiry and adjustment of the items,a pre-survey questionnaire was formed.206 ICU nurses from hospitals in Lanzhou were surveyed.According to the pre-survey data,project analysis and reliability and validity tests were carried out via the questionnaire.Results ICU nurses' KAP questionnaire on the artificial airway tube cuff management included 13 items of knowledge,7 items of attitude and 6 items of behavior,totaling 26 items.Four common factors were extracted from the questionnaire,the cumulative contribution rate reached 57.331 %,of which the overall content validity index of the questionnaire was 0.94,the knowledge,attitude and behavior parts were 0.95,0.92 and 0.95 respectively;the Cronbach'α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.862,the knowledge,attitude and behavior parts were 0.871,0.910 and0.797 respectively;the retest reliability of the questionnaire was 0.978,and the knowledge,attitude and behavior parts were 0.935,0.980 and 0.994 respectively.Conclusion The reliability and validity of the Knowledge,attitude and practice survey and influencing factor questionnaire on ICU nurses' artificial airway tube cuff management are good,which is suitable for related research on ICU nurses' artificial airway tube cuff management status survey and influencing factor analysis.
