摘要
华南理工大学广州国际校区一期工程中有8栋多层混凝土框架-抗震墙结构采用了装配式技术,预制构件包括预制柱、预制主梁、预制次梁、预制叠合板、预制卫生间沉箱、预制楼梯、预制阳台、预制非承重围护墙、预制内隔墙、预制梁墙一体构件以及局部预制剪力墙,装配率均达到A级装配式评价标准。以此工程为例阐述了装配式混凝土结构设计方法,包括拆分设计、构造设计、BIM应用、施工中的优化设计等,并介绍了本工程应用的预制混凝土新型干法连接技术以及再生块体混凝土预制构件。
        There are 8 multi-storey concrete frame-seismic wall structures using assembly technology in the construction of the first phase of Guangzhou International Campus of South China University of Technology. Prefabricated components include prefabricated columns, prefabricated main beams, prefabricated secondary beams, prefabricated laminated panels, prefabricated toilet caissons, prefabricated staircases, prefabricated balconies, prefabricated non-load bearing enclosure walls, prefabricated interior walls, prefabricated beam wall integral members and partially prefabricated shear forces wall, and it have reached the A-class assembly evaluation criteria. the design method of the prefabricated concrete structure adopted by the international campus were described, including the split design, structural design, BIM application, optimization design during construction, etc. The new dry connection technology of prefabricated concrete connection mode and prefabricated components of recycled block concrete adopted by the project were also introduced.
