摘要
<正>食管癌(esophageal carcinoma,EC)是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,2018年最新数据显示,其发病率和死亡率均高居恶性肿瘤第六位~([1])。食管癌患者多存在进食不畅,引起不同程度营养不良,进而显著增加肿瘤并发症,并延长住院治疗期,死亡率也显著增加。巴西一项调查显示:医院内成年患者中,肿瘤患者66.9%存在营养不良,非肿瘤患者仅为40.9%。
