摘要

文章在介绍泰州医药产业集群和泰州职业技术学院医药专业集群发展现状的基础上,阐述"一工厂六中心二支撑"的产教融合大平台构建路径。从"产学研创赛培"六位一体的平台功能定位视角出发,提出加快课程体系、师资队伍、教学模式、管理体制等方面的配套改革,打造具有"本土特色"并独具竞争力的产教融合大平台,实现平台资源配置最优化以及应用价值最大化,促进医药专业集群式发展,为地方医药产业转型升级和社会经济发展提供人才资源支撑。
        On the basis of introducing the development status of Taizhou Pharmaceutical Industry Cluster and Tai?zhou Polytechnic College Pharmaceutical Specialty Cluster, this paper expounds the construction path of "one factory, six centers and two supports" Industry-Education integration platform, and puts forward accelerating the reform of curriculum system, teaching staff, teaching mode and management system from the perspective of "in?dustry education, research, creation, competition and training" six-in-one platform function positioning. In or?der to create a platform of integration of production and education with local characteristics and unique competi?tiveness, to optimize the allocation of resources and maximize the application value of the platform, to promote the cluster development of medical specialty, and to provide talent resources for the transformation and upgrading of local pharmaceutical industry and social and economic development.
