农户认知、政府支持与农户水土保持技术采用行为研究——基于黄土高原1152户农户的调查研究

摘要
基于黄土高原地区陕西、甘肃和宁夏三省(区)1152户农户的实地调研数据,利用二元Logistic回归模型,实证分析了农户认知、政府支持对农户水土保持技术采用行为的影响。研究发现:农户的生态认知和技术认知显著正向影响农户工程类和耕作类水土保持技术的采用;政府支持正向影响农户水土保持技术采用,同时在农户认知与技术采用之间具有正向的调节作用。建议政府部门加大宣传水土流失的危害以及水土保持技术的益处,提高农户生态和技术认知;加大政府支持力度,进一步促进农户采用水土保持技术。
Based on a survey data of 1152 households in Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia provinces on the Loess Plateau,by using Logistic regression model,we analyzed the influence of farmers' cognition and government support on the adoption of soil and water conservation technology,and then taking the government support as a moderator variable,the paper verifies its moderating effect on the relationship of farmers' cognition and their soil and water conservation technology adoption behavior. The results show that,ecological cognition and technological cognition have a significant positive impact on farmers' engineering and farming soil and water conservation technique' s adoption; government support has a significant positive impact on farmers' soil and water conservation technique' s adoption. Meanwhile,government support has a positive moderating effect on the relationship of farmers' cognition and their soil and water conservation technology adoption behavior. It is suggested that the government should strengthen the propaganda on the harm of soil erosion and the benefits of soil and water conservation technology,improve the ecological and technical cognition of farmers,increase the support of the government,and further promote farmers' adoption of soil and water conservation technologies.
