国医大师卢芳运用四藤二龙汤治疗类风湿关节炎经验

摘要
[目的]总结国医大师卢芳教授运用四藤二龙汤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床经验。[方法]分析卢芳教授对类风湿关节炎的病因病机认识,阐述四藤二龙汤在临床实践中的运用依据,分析经验方四藤二龙汤组成、方义及功用,并附临床案例加以验证。[结果]卢老认为类风湿关节炎的病因病机主要为正气不足,风寒湿热等外邪侵袭,日久不愈郁而化湿化热,气滞血凝,痰瘀互结,痹阻关节肌肉筋络,而致瘀滞闭阻,不通则痛。采用清热凉血、祛瘀通络的治疗方法,并自拟四藤二龙汤治疗该病,从理法方药上论证四藤二龙汤治疗类风湿关节炎的合理性,并结合临床医案证明其治疗类风湿关节炎的实用性和有效性。[结论]卢芳教授运用四藤二龙汤治疗类风湿关节炎,在疾病辨证分期中应用藤类、虫类搜剔之药的临床经验,效果颇丰,值得学习效法。
[Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of Professor LU fang, a master of Chinese medicine, in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with Siteng Erlong Decoction.[Method] Analyse Professor LU Fang understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis, expounds Siteng Erlong Decoction in clinical practice based on the application, analyse experience of Siteng Erlong Decoction, formulae meaning and function, and verified with clinical cases. [Results] In his view,the etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis for main vital Qi, such as cold and dampness attacks, for a Long time it is not cured, it's more depressive and changes into wetting heat, Qi and blood clotting, phlegm and blood stasis and knot,blocking joint muscle, and the stasis causes obstruction and orings about pain. On its etiology and pathogenesis, the use of clearing heat cooling blood,removing blood stasis treatment principles of TCM, and use Siteng Erlong Decoction to treat the disease, from Siteng Erlong Decoction medicine theory to argue the rationality of the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis, and prove its feasibility and efficiency of clinical treatment, with Clinical application of every good effect.[Conclusion] Professor lU Fang's clinical experience in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with Siteng Erlong Decoction is worthy of learning.
