摘要
基于污染物控制和可再生能源发电目标条件下的电力系统结构研究对于促进电力系统节能减排,优化电力系统结构有重要意义。针对模糊随机参数规划,分别以不同污染物控制程度和不同可再生能源发电比例为多个情景,以系统成本为模型目标,以电力供需平衡、扩容限制等为约束,分别建立污染物控制及可再生能源发电目标约束下的乌鲁木齐市电力结构规划模型,并得到不同情景下的规划发电量。结果表明,未来燃煤为主的发电格局基本不变,可再生能源有待进一步推进。研究成果可为乌鲁木齐市电力系统规划提供决策支持。
        The pollution control and promotion of renewable energy development are two major ways to promote energy-saving and emissions reduction and optimize the structure of electric system.Therefore,it is meaningful to develop the study of power system structure for considering pollutant control and promotion of renewable energy generation.Based on incorporation of fuzzy-random parameters programming,the structural adjustment planning model of Urumqi's power system was established by taking the minimum total system cost as objective function,and balance of power supply and demand,pollutants and emissions as constraints.Then the planning electricity generation was obtained under different scenes.The results show that the structure of power generation in Urumqi power system is mainly composed of coal-fired power plant,and it has much room for promotion of renewable energy.The research results provide decision support for development of Urumqi power system.
