何首乌中二苯乙烯苷类物质的分离纯化及抗氧化活性研究

摘要
目的:研究何首乌中二苯乙烯苷类物质的分离纯化及抗氧化活性。方法:采用超声波辅助提取技术,从何首乌中提取得到二苯乙烯苷类物质,并通过NKA-9型大孔树脂对何首乌中二苯乙烯苷类物质进行分离纯化。将纯化后的二苯乙烯苷进行DPPH·和·OH的清除能力及Fe~(3+)的还原力测定。结果:NKA-9型大孔树脂对何首乌二苯乙烯苷的静态吸附率和解析率分别达到80.75%和92.36%,粗提物二苯乙烯苷纯度为34.62%,纯化后的二苯乙烯苷纯度为72.68%。纯化二苯乙烯苷对·OH和DPPH·的清除率分别达到72.72%和78.73%,还原力约为同浓度Vc的40%。结论:何首乌中二苯乙烯苷类物质表现出较好的抗氧化活性。
        Objectives:The purification and antioxidant activity of stilbene glycosides from PolygonummultiflorumThunb were studied. Methods:The stilbene glycosides were extracted from PolygonummultiflorumThunb by ultrasonic extraction.The stilbene glycosides in PolygonummultiflorumThunb were separated and purified by NKA-9 macroporous resin. The antioxidant activities of the purified stilbene glycosides were evaluated through their capability of scavenging ·OH,DPPH· and the reduction ability to Fe~(3+).Results:The static adsorption and resolution rate of the NKA-9 macroporous resin for stilbene glycosides from PolygonummultiflorumThunb were 80.75% and 92.36%, respectively. The purity of the crude stilbene glycosides and the purified stilbene glycosides were 34.62% and 72.68%. The scavenging rates of purified stilbene glycosides against DPPH·and·OHwere 72.72% and 78.73%, respectively. The reductive power was about 40% of Vc of the same concentration. Conclusions:The stilbene glycosides in PolygonummultiflorumThunb showed good antioxidant activity.
