白芍总苷联合自拟祛疣汤治疗多发性跖疣的疗效观察

摘要
目的分析白芍总苷联合自拟祛疣汤浸泡治疗多发性跖疣的疗效。方法选取门诊收治的60例多发性跖疣患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字法,将60例患者分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用自拟祛疣汤浸泡治疗,治疗组在其治疗基础上,加服白芍总苷胶囊0.6 g,一天3次。治疗1月后,观察两组临床疗效、血清IFN-γ和IL-4含量、复发率。结果治疗组总有效率86.67%,对照组总有效率60.00%;治疗组治疗后血清IFN-γ和IL-4含量均优于对照组,治疗组复发率13.64%,对照组复发率42.86%,两组各项指标比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论白芍总苷联合自拟祛疣汤浸泡治疗多发性跖疣具有疗效满意,安全可靠,耐受性好,复发率低,副作用小的特点。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of total paeony glycosides combined with self-made quyou decoction in the treatment of multiple plantar verruca. Methods 60 patients with multiple metatarsal warts admitted to the clinic were selected as the subjects of study. 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with self-made quyou decoction. The treatment group was treated with total glucosides of paeony capsule 0.6 g three times a day. After one month of treatment, the clinical efficacy, serum IFN-γ and IL-4 levels and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 60.00% in the control group. After treatment, the serum IFN-γ and IL-4 levels in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 13.64% and that in the control group was 42.86%.There were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Total paeony glucoside combined with quyou decoction immersion in the treatment of multiple plantar verruca has the characteristics of satisfactory efficacy, safety, reliability, good tolerance, low recurrence rate and little side effects.
