摘要

本文系统总结了矿井膏体充填接力泵送系统采用分次洗管方式存在的问题,系统介绍了一次性洗管连接装置的结构组成及一次性洗管方式的优势,通过现场实践,该装置对矿井膏体充填接力泵送系统的稳定运行起到了可靠的保障作用。
        Absrtact: This paper systematically summarizes the existing problems of graded pipe washing in paste filling relay pumping system of mine, systematically introduces the structure composition of one-time pipe washing connection device and the advantages of one-time pipe washing mode. Through field practice, the device has played a reliable role in ensuring the stable operation of paste filling relay pumping system of mine.
