右美托咪定在高龄手术患者麻醉中应用的研究进展

摘要
目前,临床上将右美托咪定作为麻醉用药,尤其是高龄手术患者,因其年龄较大,同时合并较多的病症,给予右美托咪定麻醉时可有效减缓肠蠕动,并对恶心、呕吐、躁动等术后症状进行预防,较好的保护了患者的心脑血管,降低心脑血管不良事件发生率,稳定了患者的血流动力学。此外,采用右美托咪定用于手术麻醉,不会对患者的呼吸造成抑制,对缩短术后麻醉苏醒时间等具有重要的作用。故本研究分析右美托咪定在高龄手术患者局麻、全麻、围麻醉期及术后镇痛等方面的应用效果,对右美托咪定在高龄手术患者麻醉中的应用研究进展展开详细的综述分析。
At present,dexmedetomidin was clinically used as an anesthetic, especially in elderly patients. Due to its older age and more complications, right metoimidin can effectively alleviate intestinal peristalsis and prevent postoperative symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and restlessness, which can protect the heart and brain of the patient.Blood vessels reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and stabilize the hemodynamics of patients. In addition, dexmedetomidine is used for anesthesia, and it will not inhibit the respiration of patients, and will shorten the recovery time after anesthesia. Therefore, this study analyzed the effect of right metodetomidine on local anesthesia, general anesthesia,perioperative anesthesia and postoperative analgesia in elderly patients.The progress of dexmedetomidine in the anesthesia of elderly patients was reviewed and analyzed in detail.
