摘要
针对微电子工艺实验室造价维护成本高昂和非重点院校建设经费少的矛盾,本文提出了小型化、低成本的半导体工艺实验室建设模式,在控制成本的基础上尽可能完善实验设备,保证本科生实验教学质量,开设课程设计、微电子工艺实验及毕业设计,以教养教,培养符合用人单位标准的应用型人才。
In view of the high cost of microelectronic processing laboratory construction and maintenance in contrast to low budget in common colleges and universities, miniaturized and low-cost semiconductor processing laboratory construction is proposed. On the basis of cost control, the equipmentis bought and improved to ensure the quality of undergraduate experimental teaching. The course design, the process experiments and graduation design are offered to cultivate applied talents that meet the standards of employers.
