摘要
当前各地市党政机关绩效考评工作全面推进,绩效考评已经成为促进绩效目标任务落实,确保全市全年经济社会建设各项指标全面完成的重要举措,是对全市科学发展所取得成效的综合评估,同时也是机关单位开展工作、提升效能的重要抓手。如何借助信息化建设保障和支撑党政机关绩效考评工作全面深入推进,成为当前党政机关工作的一个重要课题。
At present, the performance appraisal of Party and government organs in various cities has been promoted in an all-round way. Performance appraisal has become an important measure to promote the implementation of performance objectives and tasks and to ensure the comprehensive completion of all indicators of the city’s economic and social construction throughout the year. It is a comprehensive appraisal of the results achieved by the city’s scientific development, and also an important grasp of the work and efficiency of the organs and units. How to guarantee and support the performance appraisal of Party and government organs in an all-round and in-depth way by means of information construction has become an important topic of the current work of Party and government organs.
