人工智能时代隐私权保护问题研究
摘要
自进入21世纪以来,大数据技术的发展与广泛应用,使得人工智能逐渐深入到我们生活的各个方面。人工智能在给人类社会带来历史性变革的同时,也对人类一项极为重要的基本权利——隐私权,带来了前所未有的挑战。以数据和算法为核心的人工智能需要大量数据的支持,在缺乏相关法律的跟进和规范标准之下,人工智能的发展埋藏着巨大的隐私权危机,需要各方作出努力共同应对人工智能时代给人类社会带来的挑战。
Since entering the 21 st century, with the development and wide application of big data technology, artificial intelligence has gradually penetrated into all aspects of our life. While artificial intelligence has brought historic changes to human society,it has also brought unprecedented challenges to a very important basic human right, the right to privacy. Artificial intelligence with data and algorithms as the core needs the support of a large amount of data. In the absence of relevant legal follow-up and regulatory standards, the development of artificial intelligence has a huge privacy crisis. It is necessary for all parties to make joint efforts to deal with the challenges brought to human society by the era of artificial intelligence.
