C微型种植体支抗与传统的正畸方法在口腔正畸治疗中的效果观察

摘要
目的观察微型种植体支抗与传统的正畸方法在口腔正畸治疗中的效果。方法对本院中接治的所有需要进行口腔正畸患者临床资料进行回顾,挑选取2017年1月～2017年6月收治的60例患者作为对照组,2017年7月～2017年12月收治的60例患者作为对照组,分别对其实施微型种植体支抗治疗(实验组)和传统的正畸方法治疗(对照组)。治疗结束后对结果进行对比,观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果和出现的不良反应。结果本次研究成果显示,实验组患者的治疗有效率为93.33%,和对照组的81.67%相比明显更优,对照组共6例出现不良反应,实验组仅1例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将微型种植体支抗和传统的正畸方法进行对比后发现,前者不仅具有更好的治疗效果,其发生的不良反应也更低,具有较高的临床应用和推广意义。
Objective To observe the effect of micro-implant anchorage and traditional orthodontic methods in orthodontic treatment.Methods The clinical data of all patients who need orthodontic treatment in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed.60 patients from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected as control group,and 60 patients from July 2017 to December 2017 were selected as control group.The patients were treated with micro-implant anchorage therapy(experimental group) and traditional orthodontic treatment(control group).After treatment, the results were compared, and the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The results of this study showed that the effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,which was significantly better than 81.67% of the control group.There were 6 cases of adverse reactions in the control group,and only 1 case in the experimental group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Comparing the mini-implant anchorage with the traditional orthodontic method,it is found that the former not only has better therapeutic effect,but also has lower adverse reactions,which has higher clinical application and popularization significance.
