高职医学院以就业为导向的双证书教育模式研究与实践

摘要
近年来,国家越来越重视教育的改革,在不断的改革环境下,医学类高等职业院校模式也做出了相应的改变。相关的教育部门根据现阶段社会市场的需求,对医学类高等职业院校学校的毕业要求做出了变化,开始实施双证书的教育模式。双证书教育模式指的是在毕业的时候,学生除了能够拿到自己的毕业证书,还会得到职业技能证书。能够有效地保证医学类高职院校的学生,在走出校门之后,还能具备一项本领,有利于高职学校学生的就业。该研究根据现阶段医学类高职院校实施双证书模式的情况,论述如何实践双证书模式。

Related education department according to the requirement of present social market of higher vocational education school graduation requirements to make the change, began to implement double certificates education mode. Refers to the double certificate education mode at the time of graduation, students in addition to being able to get their diploma, also will be professional skills certificate. To effectively guarantee the higher vocational college students, after out of the school, also can have a ability, is advantageous to the employment of vocational school students. In this paper, according to the situation of the implement double certificates in higher vocational colleges at present stage, to talk about how to practice the double certificate model.
