衡阳市油茶产业发展现状及对策

摘要
掌握衡阳市油茶产业发展现状,总结其发展的经验与不足,为加速油茶产业发展提供理论支持.采用实地调查的方法,总结衡阳市油茶产业的种植规模、产业产值、基地建设、加工能力等现状.衡阳市油茶发展具有政策给力、模式丰富、集群发展、财政支持、机制灵活等特点,但也存在资金、风险、土地流转、科技支撑、品牌优势等方面的欠缺.衡阳市油茶产业要实现飞跃发展,应当切实做好拓宽投资渠道、化解投资风险、规范林地经营、提升科技水平、打造优质品牌等方面的工作.
To know the current development of oil-tea Camellia tea industry in Hengyang City and summarize its experience and deficiencies is to provide theoretical support for accelerating the development of oil-tea Camellia industry.Field surveys were used to summarize the current status of planting scale,industrial output value,base construction,and processing capacity of the camellia-oil industry in Hengyang City.The development of oil-tea Camellia industry in Hengyang City had the characteristics of powerful policies,abundant models,cluster development,financial support and flexible mechanisms,but there were also some shortages in funds,risks,land circulation,technological support,and brand advantages.To achieve the rapid development of the oil-tea Camellia industry in Hengyang City,it is imperative to make greater efforts in investment channel,investment risk,woodland management,science and technology as vell as quality branch,etc.
