采用手术治疗的食管癌患者实施综合护理干预的效果评价

摘要
目的:评价综合护理在采用手术治疗的食管癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年6月-2017年6月笔者所在医院收治的需进行手术治疗的食管癌患者60例,采用随机数字表法随机分为综合组和常规组,每组30例,分别采用综合护理干预及常规护理。评价两组患者卧床时间、住院时间;营养状况、生活质量、心理状况;护理满意度及术后并发症发生率等。结果:综合组患者卧床时间及住院时间均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组患者术后营养状况优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后随访3个月,综合组患者生活情况及情绪状态改善优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组患者护理总满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且术后随访3个月并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术治疗的食管癌患者中采用综合护理,能够降低患者并发症发生率,提升患者生活质量和营养状况,改善患者心理状态,值得在护理工作中推广。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with esophageal cancer treated by operation.Method:From June 2015 to June 2017,60 patients with esophageal cancer who needed surgical treatment were randomly divided into the comprehensive group and the conventional group,30 cases in each group,using comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing.The bedtime,length of hospital stay,nutritional status,quality of life,psychological status,nursing satisfaction and postoperative complications were evaluated.Result:The bedridden time and hospitalization time of the comprehensive group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the nutritional status of the comprehensive group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the improvement of life and emotional status of the comprehensive group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of nursing care in the comprehensive group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications after 3 months follow-up was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing in the surgical treatment of esophageal cancer patients can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life and nutritional status of patients,improve the psychological status of patients,it is worth promoting in nursing work.
