摘要
以花东12x大斜度井地质资料及工程资料为基础,分析了该井实施侧钻作业的必要性,并对施工情况进行了剖析。结果表明,花东12x井原井眼井斜大,井壁失稳,垮塌、掉块严重,划眼通井无效,井下情况复杂,必须实施侧钻作业。基于大井斜段侧钻施工的难点,根据裸眼注水泥塞侧钻的关键技术要求及水泥浆的不确定性,总结了大斜度井侧钻打水泥塞的技术原则;提出了合理选择侧钻点的因素;结合井底力学分析模型,优选采用牙轮钻头,保持工具面稳定,提高侧钻效率;合理建议侧钻启始造台阶应采取控时控压钻进措施,确保成功率。同时针对总包井项目工程出现的两次注水泥塞和两次侧钻施工进行了剖析,指出现场施工时除侧钻工艺技术很重要外,强化管理,也能提高速度,提高效率。
        Based on the geologic data and engineering data of Well Huadong 12x,we analyzed the necessity of conducting sidetracking operation in the well and dissected the construction quo. Results showed that sidetracking had to be applied to the original Well Huadong 12x for its high deviation,instable borehole,severe collapse,invalid wiper trip,and complicated downhole conditions. In view of the difficulties in sidetracking of highly deviated sections,according to key technical requirements of sidetracking with open-hole cementing plug and uncertainties of cement slurry,we summed up four principles for highly deviated sidetracking with cementing plug,put forward factors for rationally selecting sidetracking points,selected roller bit to maintain stable tool face and improve sidetracking efficiency in combination with the model for bottom-hole mechanics analysis,and proposed to drill with controlled time and pressure at initial sidetracking stage to ensure success rate. Meanwhile,we analyzed two times of cementing plug and two times of sidetracking operation of total package well projects,and pointed out that to strengthen control over site construction in addition to sidetracking process could speed up drilling and enhance efficiency.
