摘要
运用离散单元法建立了石灰石漏斗车试验工装仿真模型,对单侧开门和双侧开门2种卸载方式进行了仿真计算,并将单侧开门仿真结果和试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,仿真卸载时间与试验卸载时间基本一致。2种开门方式在卸载过程中整体流速都较平稳,但底门所受压力有一定差别。
        The simulation model of the test frock on limestone hopper cars is established with the discrete element method,the simulation calculation is made for the two unloading modes of single-side opening and double-side opening,and the comparison analysis is made between the single-side opening simulation result and the test result.The result shows that the simulated unloading time is basically the same as the tested unloading time.The general flowing speeds in the process of unloading with the two opening modes are both fairly stable.However,there is some difference between the pressures on the bottom door.
