“温腹健脾”针灸法治疗虚寒型胃痛30例

摘要
目的评价"温腹健脾"针灸法治疗虚寒型胃痛疗效。方法2016年2月—2017年2月,社区卫生服务中心中医综合科收治的虚寒型胃痛患者60例作为研究对象。按照入院顺序分组,将其随机分为对照组、观察组,每组各30例患者。两组患者分别给予雷贝拉唑以及联合"温腹健脾"针灸法治疗,持续2周,第4周评价疗效。结果观察组与对照组的疗效对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组与对照组的症状积分低于治疗前,观察组疼痛缓解、控制、消失时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "温腹健脾"针灸法治疗虚寒型胃痛可能并不能改善整体疗效,但治疗疼痛的效果较好,有助于减轻症状。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of "warming abdomen and invigorating the spleen" with acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of Asthenia Cold type stomach pain. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017, 60 patients with deficiency cold type stomachache were admitted to the comprehensive department of traditional Chinese medicine of community health service center, according to the order of admission, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were given the treatment of rabeprazole combined with "warming abdomen and invigorating the spleen" acupuncture treatment for 2 weeks, fourth weeks to evaluate the curative effect. Results There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores in the observation group and the control group were lower than those before treatment. The pain relief, control and disappearance time in the observation group were lowerthan those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion "Warming stomach and invigorating spleen" acupuncture therapy can not improve the overall efficacy of asthenia cold type stomachache, but it has better effect on pain and helps relieve symptoms.
