摘要
目的研究血液透析机质控的方法和周期,对不同品牌的透析机进行质量评价。方法选取重庆医科大学附属永川医院血透中心两个品牌共30台透析机,每季度末对透析机的电导率、温度等性能指标进行检测,对结果进行分析。结果电导率与温度的误差在各个时间点都有显著性差异(P<0.05)。静脉压的误差一季度与三、四季度有显著性差异(P<0.05),二季度与三、四季度有显著性差异(P<0.05)。动脉压和透析液流量的误差,一季度与二、三、四季度有显著性差异(P<0.05),二季度与三、四季度有显著性差异(P<0.05)。进口某品牌与国产某品牌透析机第三和第四季度的检测中电导率与温度的误差有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论一年里各项性能指标的误差均显著增加;进口某品牌透析机在稳定性上优于国产某品牌,但可通过检测校准使两种机型的性能指标上处于相近的水平上。
        Objective To evaluate the quality of dialyzer of different brands via studying the quality control method and cycle of blood dialyzer. Methods A total of 30 installed hemodialysis machines of two brands were selected from the hemodialysis center of Yongchuan Hospital, Chongqing Medical University. The conductivity, temperature, and other performance indicators of the hemodialysis machines were tested at the end of each quarter, and the results were analyzed. Results The errors in conductivity and temperature had significant differences at various time points(P<0.05). The error of venous pressure was significantly different between the first quarter and the third and fourth quarters(P<0.05), and there was a significant difference between the second quarter and the third and fourth quarters(P<0.05). The errors in arterial pressure and dialysate flow rate were significantly different in the first quarter from the second, third, and fourth quarters(P<0.05), and there was a significant difference between the second quarter and the third and fourth quarters(P<0.05). In the third and fourth quarter of the domestic models and imported models hemodialysis machine, there was a significant difference in conductivity and temperature(P<0.05). Conclusion The deviation of each performance index is significantly increased in one year's detection. Imported models hemodialysis machine is superior to domestic models in stability, but the performance indexes of the two models can be similar by testing and calibrating.
