早期乳房按摩对产后泌乳及乳房胀痛的影响

摘要
目的:分析产妇产后给予早期乳房按摩对其泌乳的影响。方法:选取2015年6月-2017年5月笔者所在医院157例孕产妇为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组77例、观察组80例,对照组产后常规给予母乳喂养指导,观察组产后在对照组基础上行早期乳房穴位按摩,观察两组产妇分娩后首次泌乳时间、分泌乳汁量,评估产妇乳房胀痛情况。结果:观察组产妇泌乳优良率为95.00%,高于对照组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组首次泌乳时间比较,观察组为(23.06±3.14)h,早于对照组的(30.52±4.83)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后乳房胀痛发生率为11.25%,低于对照组的24.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产妇行早期乳房按摩,有利于增加产后泌乳,乳房胀痛发生率低。
Objective:To analyze the effect of early breast massage on lactation after delivery.Method:A total of 157 pregnant and lying-in women in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2017 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into control group(77 cases) and observation group(80 cases).The control group was routinely given breast feeding guidance after delivery,and the observation group received early breast acupoint massage on the basis of the control group after delivery.The first lactation time and amount of lactation after delivery were observed in the two groups,and the breast swelling and pain were evaluated.Result:The excellent and good rate of lactation in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(85.71%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first lactation time in the observation group was(23.06±3.14)h earlier than(30.52±4.83)h in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum breast pain in the observation group was 11.25%,lower than that in the control group(24.68%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early breast massage is beneficial to increase postpartum lactation and low incidence of breast swelling and pain.
