摘要
虚拟装配仿真是在虚拟环境中,利用虚拟现实技术,对设计发动机零部件三维模型进行虚拟装配、分析、评价以及规划等操作,最终实现发动机可达性和可装配性。以某小型船用发动机为研究对象,基于设计的发动机零部件模型,利用UG软件对此发动机虚拟装配过程进行仿真,通过可视化技术和数字技术对装配过程动画进行编辑,实现装配工艺三维可视化以及可视化教学培训。
Virtual assembly simulation is the virtual assembly, virtual analysis, analysis, evaluation and planning of the three-dimensional model of the engine components in the virtual environment, and finally achieve engine accessibility and assembly. Taking a small marine engine as the research object,based on the designed engine component model, the UG software is used to simulate the virtual assembly process of the engine, and the assembly process animation is edited through visualization technology and digital technology to realize the 3 D visualization of the assembly process.
