复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗秋季腹泻患儿的临床疗效

摘要
目的探讨秋季腹泻患儿采用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片、蒙脱石散联合治疗的效果。方法选取英德市人民医院2017年6月至2018年10月收治的秋季腹泻患儿102例为研究对象,以治疗方案不同分为观察组(n=51,复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗)和对照组(n=51,蒙脱石散治疗),比较两组患儿的临床疗效、轮状病毒(RV)转阴率、症状缓解时间、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿治疗的总有效率为98.04%,明显高于对照组的84.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的RV转阴率为92.16%,明显高于对照组的72.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿退热、止泻、止吐时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为11.76%,与对照组的9.80%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方嗜酸乳杆菌片、蒙脱石散联合治疗秋季腹泻患儿,疗效显著,可缩短症状缓解时间,不良反应少,安全性高。
Objectiove To explore the effects of combined treatment of compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets and montmorillonite powder in children with autumn diarrhea. Methods A total of 102 children with autumn diarrhea admitted to Yingde People's Hospital from June 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects. According to different therapies, they were divided into observation group(n=51, compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets combined with montmorillonite powder) and control group(n=51, montmorillonite powder). The clinical efficacy, rotavirus(RV) negative conversion rate, symptom relief time and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.04%, significantly higher than that of the control group 84.31%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the negative conversion rate of the observation group was 92.16%, significantly higher than that of the control group 72.55%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the antipyretic, antidiarrheal and antiemetic time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.76%compared with 9.80% in the control group, and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets and montmorillonite powder in children with autumn diarrhea has significant curative effect, which can shorten the time of symptom relief, with less adverse reactions and high safety.
