摘要
目的探讨狭叶崖爬藤对类风湿关节炎的治疗效果。方法将SD大鼠60只随机分为正常对照组,模型对照组,雷公藤多甙组,狭叶崖爬藤高、中、低剂量治疗组。除正常对照组外,其余各组大鼠均采用牛Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导制备CIA关节炎模型,用不同剂量狭叶崖爬藤灌胃治疗。14 d后处死大鼠,取踝关节组织进行病理检查,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清白介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和抗CⅡ水平。结果狭叶崖爬藤中、高剂量组与模型对照组比较,血清中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α和抗CⅡ抗体水平均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);病理检查结果显示,治疗组大鼠踝关节淋巴细胞浆细胞等炎症细胞浸润减少,滑膜上皮增生及关节软骨变性缺损程度均有所缓解,呈剂量依赖性。结论狭叶崖爬藤对类风湿关节炎具有很好的治疗效果,其机制可能与狭叶崖爬藤能使血清炎症因子表达受到抑制有关。
Objective To investigate if there any therapeutic effect for the resistance of rheumatoid arthritis by etrastig-ma hypoglaucum planch. Method A total of 60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,glycosides group and etrastigma hypoglaucum planch treatment group(high dose,medium dose and low dose). Excepted for normal control group,the other rats were prepared to be CIA arthritis model which were induced by bovine collagen type Ⅱ and were treated with three different doses of etrastigma hypoglaucum planch. Forteen days later,the rats were sacrificed and the ankle joint was taken for pathological examination. The serum levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6、tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and anti CⅡ were detected by the method of enzyme-linked immunosorption test(ELISA). Result Compared etrastigma hypoglaucum planch dose group(high dose,medium dose) with model control group,the serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α and anti C Ⅱwere decreased with statistically significant difference(P <0.01).The pathological examination showed treatment group of lym-phoplasmacytic inflammation was decreased. Synovial hyperplasia and degeneration of articular cartilage defect were relieved in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Etrastigma hypoglaucum planch has good effect on rheumatoid arthritis,which may be related to its inhibition of serum inflammatory factors.
