巴马小型猪麻醉状态下常规生理生化指标的测定

摘要
为动物实验教学和相关研究提供参考资料,本研究选用健康,体重25~30 kg实验用巴马小型猪52头,用监护仪、血气分析仪、全自动生化分析仪、动物血液分析仪系统地测定巴马小型猪术前心率、动脉血压、动脉血气、血清生化、血液生理学等多项生理生化指标。试验结果显示,巴马小型猪麻醉状态常规生理生化指标大多数呈正态分布,仅有SABP、DABP、MAP、Pa O2、Na+、PLT、TP和TBIL呈偏态分布。进一步比较发现,巴马小型猪在手术前的部分生理指标与人类正常参考值相似,表明巴马小型猪和人类生理、生化特性有一定的相似性,对实验动物的手术教学与比较医学研究有一定的参考意义。
To obtain the basic physiological paramefers of Banna miniafure pigs under anaethesia condition,52 healthy Bama miniature pigs with the weight of 25 ~ 30 kg were used to measure the heart rate,arterial blood pressure,arterial blood gas,blood hematologic and biochemical parameters by monitor,blood gas analyzer,automatic biochemical analyzer and animal blood analyzer.The results showed that the majority of normal physiological and biochemical indexes of Bama miniature pigs were normal distribution,but SABP,DABP,MAP,Pa O2,Na+,PLT,TP and TBIL were skewed distribution. Additionally we found that there were some similarities between Bama minipigs and human beings in physiological and biochemical characteristics. The results can be used as reference for teaching and related researches.
