摘要

通过对膜式壁炉门、插入管、弯管结构的改进,减少了50%插入管数量,减少密封板数量,简化密封板形状,从而简化制造工序,提高生产效率,降低劳动成本。通过经济分析,平均每年节约成本120万元,减少工时2340 d,具有很好的经济效益和推广价值
        In this paper,it is saying the improvement of structure of water wall fireplace door, insertpipe, elbow pipe, which reduced the number of insert tubes by fifty percent and reduce the number of sealing plate, which simplify the shape of the sealing plate. So than simplify the manufacturing process, improve production efficiency and reduced labor costs. Through economic analysis, average annual cost savings of 1 million 200 thousand yuan and reduced 2 340 days. So the improvement has a very good economic performance and the value of promote.
