摘要
为研究江苏某奶牛场金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药特点,本试验通过MALDI Biotyper系统对8株金黄色葡萄球菌疑似株进行鉴定和耐药性试验。结果显示,8株金黄色葡萄球菌疑似株均为金黄色葡萄球菌,其对青霉素、链霉素、环丙沙星的耐药率均为100%;其次,对阿莫西林的耐药率为75%;极少数对头孢氨苄、庆大霉素、丁胺卡那、卡那霉素耐药;而对四环素、多西环素、克林霉素均敏感。结果表明,该奶牛场金黄色葡萄球菌的分离率为14.55%(8/55),且均呈现多重耐药。
        In order to investigate the drug resistance characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from bovine mastitis in Jiangsu, totally 8 suspected S.aureus strains isolated from 55 milk samples of bovine mastitis were identified by MALDI Biotyper system. Meanwhile, the antibiotic susceptibility test was also carried out. The results showed that 8 suspected S.aureus strains were identified as Staphylococcus aureus. All S.aureus isolates were resistant to penicillin, streptomycin and ciprofloxacin. About 75% of the S.aureus were resistant to amoxicillin and only few isolates were resistant to cephalexin, gentamicin, amikacin and kanamycin. And all S.aureus isolates were susceptible to tetracycline, doxycycline and clindamycin. The results showed that isolation rate of S.aureus was14.55%(8/55), and the 8 S.aureus isolates showed multi-drug resistance. The results can provide theoretical basis for standard application of antibacterial drugs in clinical practice.
