摘要
<正>残胃癌(gastric stump cancer,GSC)最早的定义由Balfour于1922年提出,定义为胃或十二指肠良性疾病行胃部分切除术后5年以上的残胃发生的原发性胃癌[1]。手术仍然是治疗GSC的有效措施,但是手术会带来很大创伤,加上GSC病人吸收障碍的存在,病人极易出现营养不良的问题。术后营养不良影响病人免疫功能及术后恢复,且术后感染率升高。因此,围手术期营养支持可能有助于缓解
