某文化广场室内步行街防火设计变更方案探讨

摘要
通过对某大型商业文化室内步行街防火设计变更方案的研究,分析室内步行街的结构特点、火灾危险性及消防设计难点。针对室内步行街中部区域疏散到安全区距离超长、步行街顶棚无自然通风等诸多超出规范规定的问题提出消防措施,如将室内步行街划分为亚安全区域、设置避难间及避难走道、增设机械排烟及环形消防车道等,以提高建筑的消防安全性。
Through research of change scheme of fire safety design of a large commercial and cultural indoor pedestrian street,the structural characteristic,fire risks and difficulties in fire design were analyzed.To improve the fire safety of building,the countermeasures were proposed about overlong evacuation distance from middle of indoor pedestrian street to safety evacuation and lack of natural ventilation on pedestrian street ceiling,including defining indoor pedestrian street as sub-safety area,setting of fire cut and evacuation refuge walkway and adding mechanical smoke exhaust and annular fire lane.
