四川某锌硫混合精矿分离浮选试验研究

摘要
四川某锌硫混合精矿锌品位为4.11%、硫品位为37.65%,有用矿物主要为铁闪锌矿和黄铁矿。对该混合精矿进行锌-硫分离浮选试验研究,结果表明:混合精矿经硫化钠+活性炭+再磨联合脱药方法处理后,磨矿至-0.043mm占85%,采用一次粗选-两次精选-一次扫选-中矿顺序返回的浮选闭路试验流程分选,可获得产率为7.50%、锌品位为42.48%、锌回收率为77.83%、含硫为20.63%的锌精矿及产率为92.50%、硫品位为39.03%、硫回收率为95.89%、含锌为0.99%的硫精矿;产品含杂均不超标,较好地实现了锌硫混合精矿的浮选分离。
        A zinc-sulfur mixed concentrate in Sichuan is characterized by main recyclable mineral of marmatite and pyrite with zinc grade of 4.11% and sulfur grade of 37.65%.The experimental study on separation flotation of zinc-sulfur mixed concentrate was carried out.The results showed that after reagent removal of the mixed concentrate by sodium sulfide,activated carbon and regrinding combined treatment,with grinding fineness of-0.43 mm occupying 85%,the separation test was carried out through closed-circuit flotation process of one-stage roughing,two-stage cleaning,one-stage scavenging,and middling returning in order.Finally,a zinc concentrate with yield of 7.50%,zinc grade of 42.48%,zinc recovery rate of 77.83%and sulfur grade of 20.63% was obtained,as well as a sulfur concentrate with yield of 92.50%,sulfur grade of 39.03%,sulfur recovery rate of 95.89% and zinc grade of 0.99%.Impurity content of products did not exceed the standard,which realized separation flotation of zinc and sulfur from mixed concentrate.
