摘要
介绍了一种新的半导体激光源脉冲电路设计方案,基于五五五比较器集成电路设计了一种多频可控电路,能达到实时频率可调、激光器输出功率稳定及数据传输可靠的目的。该脉冲电路性能稳定、可靠,实用价值较大。
A new design scheme of laser source pulse circuit is introduced,and a multi-frequency controllable circuit based on the five-five comparator integrated circuit is designed,which can achieve the purpose of real-time frequency adjustable,laser output power stability and reliable data transmission. The test results show that the pulse circuit is stable,reliable and of great practical value.
