摘要
为了快速验算液压支架推杆垂直加载工况的强度,基于MATLAB的GUI模块设计了可视化强度计算界面,同时对于截面的惯性矩和面积的计算使用SolidWorks软件的截面属性功能快速获取。设计的程序直观、简洁,可验算任意截面的强度,能够帮助设计人员快速验算推杆垂直加载工况的强度,大大提高了设计效率。
        In order to quickly check the strength of relay bar of hydraulic support in vertical loading condition, a visualized strength calculation interface was designed based on the GUI module of MATLAB. Meanwhile, for the calculation of the inertia moment and area of the section, the section attribute function of SolidWorks was used to obtain rapidly. The program is intuitive and simple, and the strength of any section can be calculated, which can help the designer to quickly check the strength of the vertical loading condition of the relay bar and greatly improve the design efficiency.
