肠内营养液输注器改良

摘要
目的探讨肠内营养液输注器改良的相关问题。方法调查我院重症监护室自2018年1月至2018年12月针对肠内营养液输注器改良的相关问题,抽取200例患者,所有患者均需行胃肠营养治疗,选择改良的肠内营养液输注器给予鼻饲,分析改良输注法在200例患者肠内营养液鼻饲中的临床应用效果。结果治疗前共有136例患者胃残留量超过200mL,治疗后仅25例患者胃残留量超过200mL,组间对比,治疗后显著优于治疗前,临床治疗效果较为显著,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论肠内营养液输注器进行改良可有效避免肠内营养液污染,速度均匀,吸收性强,不易引起反流导致误吸;同时分装袋分量给予肠内营养液,可有效避免浪费,降低人力物力资源成本,值得推广。
Objective To explore the related problems of the improvement of enteral nutrient solution infusion.Methods To investigate the problems related to the improvement of enteral nutrition infusion device in intensive care unit of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018. 200 patients were selected. All patients needed gastrointestinal nutrition therapy. The modified enteral nutrition infusion device was selected for nasal feeding.The clinical application effect of the improved method in nasal feeding of enteral nutrition fluid in 200 patients was analyzed. Results A total of 136 patients had more than 200 mL of gastric residual before treatment. Only 25 patients had more than 200 mL of gastric residual after treatment. The comparison between groups was significantly better than that before treatment. The clinical treatment effect was more significant, P<0.05, statistical significance. Conclusion The improvement of enteral nutrient solution infusion can effectively avoid the contamination of intestinal nutrient solution, the speed is uniform, the absorption is strong, and it is not easy to cause reflux due to reflux. At the same time, the component of the bag is given to the enteral nutrient solution, which can effectively avoid waste. Reducing the cost of human and material resources is worth promoting.
