基于质量标准的高职生职业生涯规划教育实施

摘要
自改革开放之后,我国教育事业获得了迅猛发展,尤其是职业教育的发展越来越受到人们的重视。对于职业教育来说,其相关的课程建设不仅应该准确、科学地体现职业教育课程观念,而且还应该将职业教育的人才培养目标以及人才培养模式结合在一起,这样才能够使得职业教育发挥应有的作用。在职业教育发展的过程中,我们还需要重视高质量的职业生涯规划。因为高职生职业生涯规划不仅具有实践性,也为高职生的就业提供了一些建议和借鉴。所以我们需要在质量标准的基础上,对高职生职业生涯规划教育进行分析研究,并结合高职教育发展的实际情况,为我国高职生职业生涯规划提供一些借鉴。
Since the reform and opening up, China's education industry has developed rapidly, especially when the development of vocational education has been paid more and more attention. For vocational education, the relevant curriculum construction should not only accurately and scientifically reflect the concept of vocational education curriculum, but also combine the training objectives and modes of vocational education, so as to enable vocational education to play its due role. Besides, we need to pay attention to high-quality career planning, because the career planning of higher vocational students is not only practical, but also provides some suggestions and references for the employment of higher vocational students, so we need to analyze and study the career planning education of higher vocational students on the basis of quality standards, and combine with the development of higher vocational education. The actual situation provides some reference for career planning of higher vocational students in China.
