天然药物诱导和抑制细胞色素P450酶的研究进展

摘要
目的查阅近几年国内外相关文献,从天然药物诱导和抑制P450等方面,总结天然药物对药物代谢功能的影响。天然药物能通过孕烷X受体、组成型雄甾烷受体等途径诱导细胞色素P450酶,也能抑制主要的细胞色素P450酶亚型,从而影响药物代谢,并引发药物-药物相互作用。
