ICD-11与ICD-10肿瘤分类比较分析

摘要
WHO于2007年启动ICD-11的修订,2018年6月发布正式版,并计划于2022年开始启用。本文在研究ICD-11第2章肿瘤分类及编码的特点的基础上,将其与现行的ICD-10中相应内容进行比较分析,发现ICD-11肿瘤章最大的变化在于将组织形态学信息引入了类目和亚目编码,即在肿瘤的动态和部位之后的第三分类轴心为肿瘤的组织形态学特征;此外,肿瘤章内各节分类也有不少调整。总之,ICD-11的肿瘤分类与ICD-10的相比有较大差别和发展,病案管理及相关人员应当从现在起关注ICD-11的变化,以确保从ICD-10到ICD-11的顺利转换,进而为提高我国病案管理乃至整个医疗管理水平做出贡献。
The WHO launched ICD-11 revision in 2007 and released a formal version in June 2018, which will go into effect in 2022. This article compares the second chapter in ICD-11 with its counterpart in ICD-10 and finds that the most prominent difference in the classification and coding of neoplasms is morphology becoming the third axis of classification after the first two ones, behavior and site. Besides, there are some adjustments in the blocks and groups in the chapter. In short, ICD-11 has quite a few differences and advances in the classification of neoplasms compared with ICD-10. Medical record technicians should pay attention to the differences between the two versions of ICD, in order to ensure a smooth switching process and contribute to the upgrade of medical record management and even overall medical management level of our country.
