摘要
汽车总装的合车装配工艺对产能和柔性化程度、平面布置、装配质量有较大影响。通过项目实践和对标调研,总结了主要合车装配方案设计、拧紧设备选型等关键技术,以及各种方案的优缺点,为规划精益高效的纯电动汽车合车线提供了参考,更好地实现了电动汽车的规模经济优势。
The marriage process of vehicle assembly has a great influence on productivity, flexibility, layout and assembly quality. Through the project practice and benchmarking research, the key technologies such as the design scheme of the main marriage assembly and the selection of tightening equipment, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various schemes,are summarized, which provides a reference for planning a lean and efficient marriage assembly line of battery electric vehicle and better realizes the advantages of scale economy of electric vehicles.
